babies love porridge, why not offer them a healthier choice? healthy eating starts early makes babies grow into a good eating habit
- cook washed brown rice with loads of water in a pot for 1 hour on low heat (you might need to add up water from time to time)
- add in a fish fillet (make sure there’s no bone)
- after 15 minutes, stir the fish and rice together until the fish breaks into small pieces
- after 30 minutes, add in
- vegetables
- salt to taste
- cook for another 15 minutes
- let it cool, serve warm
all together, it takes about 2 hours to cook this porridge. it may take a while, but babies love them so much, so it’s worth the time
